Beginning the hike up to Angels Landing, Zions National Park. Found out the day after the hike that people die each year on this one, my girlfriend's sister is a police woman in St. George, she gets the calls when people fall. Glad I didn't know before, I would have been a nervous wreck.

What a great reunion. Such fun to spend time with family, went by too fast wish we had a few more days. Played tennis with Jane, Tony and Michelle we had some good laughs.

Tony, Jane and I ran 8 miles on Monday, it was great to run with someone, made it go by much faster. We got in our car to drive home right after the run, you should have seen Tony and I after 3 hours when we got out at the gas station, we could barely walk.
