Hawaii 2012

We went to Hawaii (the big island) with our good friends the Pierces. They have Calli Jo who is a year older than Livy and Logan is a year older than Anna. They all played so well together.

Ok, I know my sisters are going to say don't tell anyone, but guess where I got my outfit? Yes Walmart (I couldn't decide what to wear for this picture but last minute buy worked ok). $9 pants and splurged for the $14 shirt.

Girls got a spa day. Anna and Calli had a couples massage after their eucalyptus steam and Livy had a manicure.

Who is that stud walking around the pool!!!!
Beautiful Olivia!

Searching for hermit crabs, urchins and basically anything that would move when Tony turned over rocks.

Night swimming.

We went whale watching on a catamaran, no one else had signed up so we had it to ourselves. We saw about 6 different whales (one was a mom with her calf). A mother dolphin and her baby swam along with us for a bit, they were so full of life it was exciting to watch. Watching the whales was probably my favorite part of this whole trip. Just hearing them breath makes you realize how close you are to this huge creature. We saw numerous whales everyday off of our beach, it was a magical time to be there all the mothers had just given birth.

We only spent one day at the beach, it was about 10 minutes from where we were staying. Most of the beaches are all rocky but this one was absolutely beautiful with perfect waves for the kids.

I know it is vain of me to post this photo in a swimsuit but the angle is perfect, I know in 10 years I am going to envy this photo.

Anna catching geckos. Love these freckles

Catching frogs at night with our flashlights.

So many great pictures! Love the one of you and Tony (full body). You need to wear white capris more often. Black bathing suit -- ohhh la la! You captured why that place is so magical.
